1. For the avoidance doubt, trade customers are defined as customers holding stock for resale and not for personal use.  

2. Our trade quantities and discounts are as follows:

The number of model ships above and the amounts are cumulative with the discount increasing as shown above. Your intial order is the higher of 5 models and  the minimum order amount. Thereafter, you can order  any amounts you wish, and your trade discounts will keep on increasing.

3. Our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. Prices in USD and Euros are indicative prices at a rate of 1.9 and 1.45 respectively. Please note we can only process payments in UK Pounds Sterling.  

4. New trade accounts (for internet companies only) are charged a one of fee of 100. This covers the costs of opening a new trade account and providing professional pictures of model ships on CDs. Please note that there are no set up fees for shop customers.

5. There is no VAT for the USA and companies outside the EEC. For EEC countries, there is no VAT if you provide us with your VAT registration number. In all other cases, VAT is chargeable at 20%.  

6. All our prices for our model ships exclude packing, delivery and VAT. Packing and delivery is confirmed at the point of order, and can be recharged to your end customers.

7. Delivery is by Business Post in the UK and FedEx internationally. We provide tracking numbers for all despatches. Alternately, delivery can be arranged by sea freight if applicable.  

8. Delivery lead time depends on stock levels. Ship models in stock are usually delivered within 1 week, and those out of stock can take up 12-16 weeks (this is because all our model ships are 100% hand made). Delivery lead times are confirmed at the point of order.

9. Drop shipment service is available to trade customers clients address. Drop shipment refers to orders when the model ship(s) are sent directly to the end client.

12. Our payment terms are 50% of invoice value on order and the balance prior to delivery.

13. Please note that we accept cheques, credit cards and bank transfers.

14. Premier Ship Models retains title to goods until all invoices are fully paid.  

15. There is no automatic right to return goods or cancel orders. Premier Ship Models will charge 20% of the order value, in the event that we accept returned goods and cancelled orders. All other associated costs such as freight and courier charges are the responsibility of the sender.

16. We require notification within 3 working days of damaged goods. These must be noted on the courier receipt, and all stock must be retained in original packaging for insurance purposes.
